On October 25 at 2:00, SCSD#3 will receive feedback from the visiting accreditation team. Immediately following, the board will host a listening session, where the community is invited to discuss topics of interest with the board and administration. All are welcome and invited.

Mrs. Poppenga is in the Panther Spotlight! 'Care' is the word for Mrs. P. She orchestrates the day at A-C; from ensuring that classes are covered and all are fed to taking care of the every last detail until she takes off way too late every evening, she cares for everyone in our community. Each of our jobs, whether student or staff, is made easier every day by the detail orientation that Mrs. P exhibits. A-C is a better place for having her.

Congratulations to our senior VB Panthers! We appreciate all that you have given the Panthers community.
Mr. Hansen is in the Panther Spotlight! Mr. Hansen greets students every morning as they arrive and provides a safe space for energy release. He has taken on a huge project in modernizing the library and the resources available to students, staff, and community there. This year, he has stepped up and started providing reading interventions for some students, and the assistance he provides in the classrooms multiples our ability to drive good learning. He is willing to step in and complete any job throughout the school - Mr. Hansen is a Panther through-and-through!
Willow Harriet is in the Panther Spotlight!
Willow challenges herself to improve everyday. She is enrolled in college classes and works hard with the rigorous classwork. Willow also is willing to help others, whether it is her peers or adults. Good job!
Willow is a respectful and responsible individual. She does what is asked and goes above and beyond. She is passionate about FFA and building high quality shop projects.
Whenever the senior class needs a member of the class to contact a person, Willow jumps on it! She doesn't procrastinate making this contact and reports back to the class in a prompt manner. Thanks Willow for your organization and social skills.
Kamy Michelena is in the Panther Spotlight!
Kamy is a leader in- and out- of the classroom. She strives to be her best in all areas. Students, seeing her as a positive friend, look up to her as a source of strength.
Kamy is a leader at the local, state and national level. She works with her peers to encourage them to join and be involved. She is our STUCO president and the SADD Chapter president. She is awesome to work with and I am glad she is being recognized!
Kamy is a go-getter. She is dedicated to success in academics and extracurricular activities. She is a positive role model to the younger members in FFA and doesn't hesitate to help others.
Kamy has an outstanding drive to get things done which makes our school a much better place to be. Plus, her playlist of music is impressive.
